The session duration is 50 minutes and payment is made on the day of consultation by Cash (exact amount only), Direct Debit, or Credit Card.
Your out-of-pocket amount will be significantly less with a Mental Health Care Plan and referral (For Medicare Rebates), or Private Health Rebates. See below for further details.

Medicare
Medicare rebates are available for Clinical Psychology services provided under a Mental Health Care Treatment Plan.
A mental health care plan can be completed by your GP or psychiatrist, and provides access to Medicare rebates for up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year. These sessions can be conducted face to face or via online video conferencing.
After the first 6 psychological therapy sessions you will need to see your referring GP to review your progress. At this point, your GP will provide a re-referral for an additional four sessions, if required.
Medicare will currently rebate:
$141.85 per standard consultation with a Clinical Psychologist
Out of pocket amount with a MHCP
50 minute session: $98.15
The full session fee will be charged at the time of your appointment, then the rebate can be claimed using one of the following methods:

Private health insurance may offer a rebate on sessions with a clinical psychologist depending on your policy and level of cover. Please check with your provider before you book a session. You do not need any referrals to claim private health rebates and can just make a booking with us directly.
